Delicious, authentic handmade Turkish Delight!
Called "Lokum" in Türkiye, Turkish Delight has been renowned all over the world for its tempting deliciousness - everyone from the Ottoman Emperors and their Imperial Harems to Edmund in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe has given in to its succulent charms.
Ours is made by a centuries-old family business in Istanbul (not Constantinople!) to classic recipes, and the pistachio and walnut varieties have high nut contents (traditionally the hallmark of top quality Turkish Delight).
It is made with corn starch and natural sweeteners and flavourings, like lemon oil and rose petals.
Turkish Delight is naturally vegan and gluten free; it's ancient Islamic creators could not eat any pork gelatin based products so it has been vegan since it's invention!
If you want "mixed" Turkish delight but want us to include or exclude certain flavours or create a particular mixture, send us an email at the same time as you submit your order and we'll do our best to oblige!
